We love when others want to participate, however, you must agree to submit photos or articles
within the guidelines! It's all really pretty simple...
1. You may only contribute items that you have taken/written yourself or that you have all rights to transmit
and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person.
2. You warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your photos/articles for you to make
this contribution and grant rights described herein.
3. You may not contribute photos/articles that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or
conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under
applicable law or regulations.
4. You may not send any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or
programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or this website.
5. By sending a photo, (a) you grant to Welcomehomemyflorida.com and Welcome Home My Florida, a
perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify,
publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (b) you certify
that any person pictured/discussed in the submitted photograph/article (or, if a minor, his/her
parent/guardian) authorizes Welcome Home My Florida to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify,
publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (c) you agree
to indemnify Welcomehomemyflorida.com and Welcome Home My Florida and its affiliates, directors, officers
and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees,
arising from the photo and/or your failure to comply with these rules.
6. You must downsize photos to no larger than 600 x 600 If you send larger photos they will simply be
discarded without explanation. JPEG's ONLY!
7. You acknowledge that Welcome Home My Florida does not open attachments. If you are unable to send
in the body of the page, at this point, you won't be able to participate. However, we're working on that! So
keep checking back.
8. You agree that not all photos/articles are automatically published. Welcome Home My Florida reserves
the right to publish photos/articles that we see as acceptable to our readers. All articles must be proofed
PRIOR to acceptance. If your photo/article is accepted, we'll notify you via email with the date we'll be using
it, otherwise, no notification will be made.
