Gainesville's Junior League Tour of Kitchens 2008
If you've never been to one of their tours, mark your calendar for next year and of course anything the Junior
League promotes! The tours were unique, all with catered appetizers being prepared right on the spot. So not
only did I get a peek into what's happening in today's kitchens of the area, I also walked away with some great
ideas for Dinner!
The one thing I noticed about high style decor, is simplicity. Sometimes we think we have to have every corner
filled with something, when in reality it looks richer, warmer and more cozy when fewer items are used, colors
blend, and lighting is appropriate.
